3-5 lbs. pork (may use smoked pork
shoulder)
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 apples, peel & cut up in pieces
2 tbsp. chutney or 1 c. dried fruit
(mixed)
1 c. apple cider or apple juice
1/2 c. water
1 or 2 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
Salt & pepper to taste
Cook all ingredients together in crock pot 4 or 5 hours on high temperature. Thicken gravy. Remove bay leaf. Slice meat and serve.
