4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Place all ingredients in crock pot. Do not add water. Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours. Store left-over chicken, broth and vegetable in individual serving packages in freezer to easily reheat.
