CROCK POT ITALIAN BEEF

4 to 5 lb. pot roast of beef
3 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. basil
1 pkg. Good Season salad dressing
1 onion (optional)

Pour ingredients over beef and cook on low all day in a crock pot. Shred beef and return to broth for 15 minutes. Serve on buns or over French bread.
