CROCK POT PATTIES

2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. diced Cheddar cheese
1 can mushroom soup (do not mix with
meat)
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. evaporated milk
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper

Mix ingredients together and form into patties. Roll in flour and brown in a small amount of oil or margarine. Put in crock pot in layers with undiluted mushroom soup. Cook on high 4 hours.
