TURKEY SOUP CROCKPOT STYLE

1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
3 tsp. beef bouillon
3 c. boiling water
1 c. (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced carrots
1 lg. diced onion
1 c. fresh mushrooms
1 c. diced green pepper (optional)

Add all ingredients except sliced mushrooms. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Add mushrooms and turn up to high for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with rolls or garlic bread.
