1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck, browned
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 bay leaf
In a crock pot combine all of the ingredients. Stir thoroughly and cook on low for 10-12 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours.
